The shifting stance of H. E John Mahama from “it is not possible”, “I’ll review it” to “it is good and I’ll improve it” has led to a shade from the sector minister, Honourable Matthew Opoku Prempeh.

Hon. Napo has jabbed the Ex president in a video in which he was addressing a section of the public.
He said, among other things, that the country entrusted a beautiful wife to John Mahama thinking he was potent enough to impregnate her, but he couldn’t do so in 4 years, a job which took the NPP just six months to accomplish, aluding to the implementation of the Free SHS policy by the government in 2017.
John Mahama prior to the 2016 elections said the free SHS policy was impossible at the time because in his view, the country lacked the necessary infrastructure.

Back in 2018, he also made comments about reviewing the program to address what he called inadequacies and the improper implementation of the program.
Mr. Mahama recently softened his critical and hard stance, praising the Free SHS policy and intimating his future government will continue with it as it is engraved in our constitution.
