The current government of Ghana secured the hiring of drone service in the health sector with quite a huge sum of money which is said to be around US$12million for four years.
This has not gone well with many people for such a deal. Amid coronavirus pandemic, a twitter user decided to ask the vice president of the role the drone is performing now, only for him to be blocked.
Ghana’s Vice President – Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia penalized the User for asking him the importance of his drones in this era of Coronavirus.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in a post he recently made advised Africans to be ready to produce their own goods and services because, after the fight against the COVID-19, countries would be obliged to be self-reliant.
A Tweet recognized asChe Esquirecommented beneath the Vice President by asking him the use of the drones he purchased for the Health Sector at this time of the coronavirus fight.
The vice president,“The post-COVID-19 global economic architecture is going to be a radically different one. It will usher in more self- reliance by countries in the production of goods and services. We in Africa have to get ready for this future,” –He tweeted.
