Ghana movie industry is somehow slow nowadays as a lot of Ghanaian Actors are now diverting from the movie industry into politics and some also go as far as becoming pastors.
Popular Ghanaian actor Ecow Smith Asante was interviewed on 3FM and he revealed that, the movie industry is not being supportive.

He said a lot of actors divert from acting into politics, catering and some also go as far as becoming pastors.
Alex Kofi Adu popularly known as Agya Koo, Matilda Asare, John Dumelo and Majid Michel can be mentioned among some of the actor who are now into different business.
According to Ecow Smith, he is not willing to divert from movie to either preaching or becoming a politician but he will preach his gospel through movies.
He added that, some actors go for JUJU just to get movie roles.
