Lawyers of the Executive Chairman of the State Enterprises commission, Asamoah Boateng popularly known as Asabee has served popular musician and social Commentator A Plus a notice to retract and apologize for what their client deems as false allegations regarding a demolished house and owner ship of a land at Prampram or face a law suit.
The two have been having a mano a mano with A Plus defending the other purported owner of the land who built the demolished structure.
Not long ago A Plus reported on his Facebook page that Mr. Asabee had agreed to meet the young man to settle the issue amicably, but yesterday another post from A Plus of a hot exchange between the two indicated the said truce had fallen through.
In the Letter from Akufo-Addo, Prempeh and Co. Chambers, the musician is told to retract the “False publications and unconditionally apologize” to their client(Asabee).
