(Photos) One Constituency One Ambulance project – 275 Ambulances dispatched to Ghana

One district one ambulance is an initiative of the current government under the auspices of the Ministry of Special Development Initiatives and meant to address the lack of ambulances to convey the sick to hospitals for timely treatment in order to save life.

Earlier this year, the vice president Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia broke news of the procurement of the ambulances which he said were scheduled to arrive in Ghana by August.

Picture evidence shows the exterior of the ambulances have been neatly designed and dispatched for shipping to Ghana after a delegation led by Minister of special development initiatives, Hon. Hawa Koomson inspected the vehicles.

The arrival of these the ambulances is factored and is part of the one million dollar, one constituency agenda promised by the government.

Their delivery will mark yet another promise fulfilled by the Akufo-Addo led NPP government but most of all help save lives of the citizenry whose sweat and toil moves this nation.
