The ministry of foreign affairs and regional integration has today released a press statement informing the general public that effective 28th February 2019, it will cease processing of old manual passport application forms.
The ministry introduced a new manual forms in November 2018 which requires that all applicable fees are paid electronically. E-payment platforms like Mobile money, Visa and Mastercards are the new accepted means of payment.
