A vigilante group within the ruling NPP has stormed the Tamale Teaching hospital to drag the Chief Executive officer, Dr. David Akorbila out of his office, putting the office under lock and key.

The vigilante group cited mismanagement, nepotism and sabotage of government efforts by the CEO as the reason for their action.

“We as a youth stand for the truth. This is not the first and it will not be the last. Any person that the president will appoint, if he’s not correct, we will come back and drag him out” a Spokesman for the group told a Joy news reporter.

David Akorbila, the group says has established seven ( 7 ) companies to supply materials to the hospital to enrich himself.
