The 2016 Parliamentary candidate and recently appointed Deputy National organizer of the NPP, Hon. Elvis B. Botah has drilled a borehole for the people of Kuo Kakalaa, a village in the Nadowli-Kaleo constituency in the Upper West region.
The entire project which cost GHC 16,500 was done for the community as a show of appreciation for the continuous support and prayers received from his constituents before, during and after the 2016 elections. The borehole was handed over to the community while on a Thank You tour to officially inform the people of his appointment as Deputy national organizer of the New Patriotic Party NPP.
The people of Kuo Kakalaa expressed gratitude for the timely gesture as until now their only source of water was a stream situated seven(7) kilometers away from the town and their cries to authorities for help had all fallen on deaf ears.
