Embattled Menzgold Chief Executive, Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM 1 has been granted bail by the Accra Circuit Court.
The court, presided over by Jane Helen Akweley Quaye on Friday morning granted the businessman bail of one billion Ghana Cedis, 5 sureties among others.
NAM1’s lawyer, Kwame Akuffo while praying the court for the bail asked the court to reduce the monetary condition because all his assets have been seized by the state.
Nana Appiah Mensah after the bail is expected to report to the police every Wednesday.
