If you watched the just ended National Maths and Science Quiz NSMQ2019, then you know St. Augustine’s College of Cape Coast won the grand finale against power houses such as St. Peter’s.
At the helm of affairs for St Augustine’s college was Newton Jimmy Stephen. The boy everyone is calling Ghana’s very own Isaac Newton.
His academic prowess is exemplary and it was in full display during every stage of the competition. But Newton is not new to such National recognition. He was awarded the President’s award for being outstanding in the Basic Education Certificate Examination BECE, when he completed basic school.
He then headed to St. Augustine’s College where he offered General Science.
