Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, who contested in the NPP’s recently held primaries in the constituency, lost to incumbent MP Hon. Kwame Anyimadu-Antwi.
Following his loss, he raised his displeasure with the way and manner the election was conducted, alleging there were irregularities that might have contributed to his loss.
Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, in the disclaimer posted on Facebook, said people in the constituency are riding on his palpable displeasure to associate him with an individual running independent in the constituency’s parliamentary race, but claims he has no interest in supporting any independent candidate as he is a true member of the NPP.
