News broke yesterday of the impending official announcement of Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang as the running of NDC flagbearer and former president, John Dramani Mahama.
But a statement by a prophet seem to suggest the move is ominous and may spell the beginning of the end for John Mahama’s political career.
Prophet Cosmos Affram, a popular prophet on Facebook who has in the past issued several pro-NDC prophecies and have even said John Dramani Mahama will win the 2020 presidential election, have made a quick turn, this time saying defeat awaits JM should he go ahead and confirm Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang as his running mate going into the December 7 election.

In a post on his usual medium, Facebook, he wrote: “Professor Naana .J. O Agyemang is not God choice for NDC and John Mahama , God will reject both john Mahama and his running mate Professor Naana J. O. Agyemang immediately her name is officially announced.
If she was the choice of God, there will have been jubilation every where. Rejected by God. Is not too late to reconsider your decision again before your chance of coming back is been locked down. Disaster.”Thou saith the Lord ” Prophecy by Prophet Cosmos Walker Affran.”
Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang is a renowned educationist and was the Minister for education in the erstwhile administration of John Mahama.
While nothing as at now is concrete, it is expected that John Mahama and the NDC will make the official announcement in the coming days.
