This follows remarks by the vociferous Sammy Gyamfi calling out the president Nana Akufo-Addo over ideas implemented in the ongoing fight against the coronavirus pandemic which has received widespread praise from citizens of Ghana and the world at large.
According to Bigscout, Mr. Sammy Gyamfi’s claims that the ideas implemented by the president are those of his boss, the ex-president and leader of the NDC, John Mahama and the praise should rather be his are untenable.

Mr. Prempeh said, the only way Sammy Gyamfi could stop Ghanaians and the world from praising president Akufo-Addo for listening to suggestions of the citizens is by going to court to secure a judgment.
Bigscout took to Facebook to write:
“During the swearing in of #NanaAddo, he called on Ghanaians not to sit back but help in building the country, he stated emphatically he was always going to seek counsel, ideas from Ghanaians to help him govern us successfully.
Ever since the outbreak of this deadly pandemic, the Nana Addo led administration has been doing alot of consultations with stakeholders as well as taking the positive views of well meaning citizens like #JDM and many others, so what is wrong with it should the government implement an idea proposed by him, prior to he releasing prisoners #ShattaWale also took to his social media handles to make that call, #KwameAplus, myself and many others equally made suggestions the government is implementing now because this fight is our collective responsibility.
Surprisingly #SammyGyamfi thinks Nana doesn’t deserve the praises for collating ideas from Ghanaians and implementing them for our own good, he thinks all the praises must go to #citizenMahama, but one thing he must know is the fact that the president didn’t force Ghanaians and the world over to praise him, so if he has any qualms he should go to the courts to seek for restraining order to prevent right Ghanaians and people across the globe from praising #NanaShowBoy.
Ghanaians are hot and don’t have time for his political gimmicks, it’s either he shuts up and help fight this pandemic.
Let’s all keep safe.”
