Ghana’s air borders likely to be opened by 1st September – Akufo Addo


The president of the republic of Ghana, his Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo has said in his 15th address to the nation on Sunday night that Ghana’s air borders are likely to be opened by 1st September, 2020, leading Ghana news website Ghanatribune.com reports

ALSO “Public transport can now take passengers at full capacity” – Akufo-Addo declares

Nana Addo said the consultations with stakeholders are in progress to ascertain our readiness to open Ghana’s air borders to the world following its closure in March, 2020.

He added that the nation has the capacity to test every passenger that lands at our airports and that he is hopeful that the airports will be opened by the given date although nothing is concrete as at now.
