Young Ghanaian rap act, Strongman has advised his followers not to be pressured by the appearance of anyone as appearance can be deceptive.
It’s common nowadays for people to appear nicer and look better when the reality speaks otherwise. This trend has been worsened by the emergence of social media.
Many people have virtually attained celebrity status rather on a silver platter due to the kind of fake lives they portray on social media and in public. Our quest for social media validation pushes us to do the unthinkable.
Most musicians in our part of the world, in the name of branding, invest heavily in their looks than their future. They appear to be living big and keep the other side of them closed to the public eye. Many veteran musicians are now living on the benevolence of friends and family.
Strongman who is regarded as one of the best young rappers in the country took to twitter to write; “let no one give you pressure appearance can be deceptive…????”.
The Ghana’s favorite wordsmith as he likes to call himself was a signee on the record label of his mentor, Sarkodie. He worked with Sarkcess music for two years before calling it a quit. He’s currently on his own and has no intention of joining any record label according to an interview he granted recently on YFM.
Let no one give you Pressure
