A court in kumasi has given judgement that Menzgold Properties in Kumasi be sold to offset the money invested by a client who sued the company for breach of contract.
A court order sighted by nsemwoha instructs that the company’s properties including properties in the offices located at Amakom and Patasi be auctioned to defray the money owed one Mr. Henry Darko.
The Menzgold saga so far
Menzgold has been struggling to pay its clients of their principals after SEC order it to stop its gold vault market trade.
The company has defaulted in promises made its clients to pay 15% last month and the remaining before 9th January. This has resulted in many demonstrations at their offices.
The company recently laid off its workers and was later revealed that it had not paid them for their salaries since the SEC order.
