Charterhouse Explains Why Wendy Shay’s Song ‘Stevie Wonder’ Wasn’t Nominated

A couple of days ago, dancehall artist Epixode was interviewed and he disclosed that the ban that has been placed on Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy will open door for many artists and at the same time do harm to other artists.

One of those this ban has harmed heavily is Wendy Shay of Rufftown records as his popular song Stevie Wonder which featured banned Shatta Wale was disqualifed.

The PRO of Charterhouse Robert Klah was interviewed on hitz by Andy Dosty and he disclosed that, Wendy Shay’s song Stevie Wonder wasn’t nominated because she featured Shatta Wale.

Robert Klah stated that, all the songs that featured Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale didn’t get nomination for the 21st VGMA.

“The issue about the collaboration, there are two things: It is meant to consider not just one artistes. If one of the artistes is illegible to participate, they wouldn’t get a nomination” Robert Klah said.
