Ghanaian controversial telecounselor, George Lutterodt is out with yet another controversial philosophy.

Speaking on Kofi TV, counselor Lutterodt claimed that, one sign of a decently dressed woman is a hard and stiff botos.

He added that if a woman walks and her botos shakes, there is friction which is created between her botos which leads to the generation of a smell.

Lutterodt concluded that a decent woman with shaking botos also amounts to indecent exposure and therefore ladies must take note and dress appropriately.
